Good folks. Explained issues and remedies. Accomodating. Repaired in a day at a reasonable cost. Nice waiting area. Walk to various placed while you wait.
I enjoy the customer service at York, in the service department. That is why I use this location for my service needs instead of where I purchased my 2022 Gladiator. We kinda had a mishap, this last visit, some lug nuts, not tighten and we didn't get far, still in the York lot, my husband runs in to grab a tech and they fixed the problem! Good thing we didn't make it to the highway. Ugh!
