While traveling my car had a recall that needed to be done. Being 2,000 miles away from home, I was hesitant of getting my car worked on out in the middle of nowhere, Crawfordsville Indiana. I made an appointment and had to wait sometime for the pieces to be delivered. They reassured me that it would be free seeing that it was for my recall. Went for my first oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 jeep and it was included in my package. I bought extra package to have longer maintenance. The kid that checked me out was unaware of it and wanted to argue with me instead of looking in the computer to look up my information.
Dropped off van that was purchased from York Chrysler for fiat corporation of America recall on 2019 Promaster on April 11 2024 week later with no communication what so ever began calling to find out where’s my truck I make my lively hood out of. Said wasn’t finished yet after repeated calls fell on death ears so drove down to dealership just to get ignored by service staff finally John Hughes being a smart choose to tell me you would think a business van would take priority . Where to even begin. Tony, Cory and Nick are among the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I knew exactly what I wanted walking in the door and they never once tried to sway me or steer me any sort of direction. I will be forever grateful for them getting me into the truck of my dreams. I can’t say enough about York and the staff there. Absolutely seamless process. Won’t buy anywhere else.
I got my 2018 jeep in for repairs, York had it for over a month, get it back and more repairs were needed due to issues arising from previous repairs. York had my jeep for a total of almost 2 months total, failing to communicate with me status details on repairs and responding to questions I had. I spent a total of over $6,000 for repairs and expected better communication from the service department. So far the repairs have been satisfactory, communication could have been better though.

I found essentially the same vehicle online at York, called to make sure it was still on the lot, and then told them the experience that I just had and explained my expectations. We had never made a car payment. Ever. We went looking for a Jeep grand Cherokee and I had only mentioned shortly that I liked the power. I found out why I will not be buying a new car or a late model. They have made repair costs ridiculous with the design of replacement parts. What was once a simple fix with a simple part is now a major expense and major repair. The service department has been thorough in the diagnosis. So now we will see.
